There are so many times in life when we need space to reflect and focus on what matters. It can be scary to talk about the expectations, hopes, fears and joys that affect our lives and sometimes even difficult to name what those feelings are. I offer a safe space to identify values and help you implement those values in your daily decisions. I have seen that this allows clients to strengthen relationships, enhance feelings of well being and reduce anxiety.
I utilize narrative therapy, mindfulness techniques and trauma informed care to hear your story and help you feel more confident and grounded. I have worked with individuals before, during and after major life changes such as:
- A new child in the home through birth, adoption or foster care
- Death of a loved one including a spouse or child
- Change of job or career
- Processing trauma

I know that a major component of successful therapy is finding the right therapist who not only has skills and experience, but is also someone who "clicks" with you, I offer a 20 minute session to make sure that we are a great fit!
