Adults with ADHD

you’re super-sensitive to any ounce of rejection or demand and have to talk yourself down from BIG emotions
ADHD is a cluster of symptoms that - put together- may explain why the inside of your brain feels like a lit up pinball machine. it can be tough to slow down, to regulate your mood or
some things will take longer and you can’t ultimately change your brain, but you CAN learn to work with it and appreciate the view from the top of the boulder.
Many of my clients come to me with suspicions that they have ADHD- not a diagnosis. We can work together to determine if an ADHD diagnosis fits and what that means for you.
