I offer a free 20 minute appointment- this is your chance to ask questions and get a sense of my work. Some people click with my style right away- some don't, and that is totally okay! If you decide that I'm not the right therapist/consultant for you, I can also help you find someone who is.

Fees/Insurance and Scheduling

Fees/Insurance: Individual sessions (55 min) are billed at $215 and $315/55 mins for couples.

I am currently in network with PacificSource insurance and Oregon Wellness Plan. I may be able to bill "out of network" or find another solution for other insurance providers- feel free to ask me! I am also happy to provide you with an invoice (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance which may reimburse you for all or a portion of the cost of counseling but I make no guarantees about reimbursement. Ultimately, you are responsible for the cost of counseling. No Surprises Act You will also receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.

Scheduling: I generally work Tues- Fri, but not all services are available each day/all day. Once you’re a client, you’ll have access to my online client portal so that you can select times that work for you.
