Spring Groups 2026
Spring Groups 2026
Ready to Launch
A monthly meet up to help you get your junior/senior ready to move onto their next steps while finding what you need to embrace their absence as the joyful celebration it can be!
Our group will address this monumental change in two easy peasy to manage parts:
And #2:
Motherhood Part Deux
aka Can I walk into the kitchen naked now?
As parents - and especially mothers- our lives revolved around our kids getting their needs met. As they’ve grown into teenagers, what they need from us has changed and what it leaves is a bit more time for… us!
What do we do with that time? How do we define ourselves now? Will other relationships (like a partner/spouse) survive what we become?
We get into that and explore the questions of self with support because yeah, maybe you walk into the kitchen naked now?
#1:
Helping Them Without Losing It:
aka Did I raise a terrible roommate?
We spent months (and in some cases, years!) preparing to be parents so our kids’ early years would be full of the exact right experiences to help them grow, but a lot less of our collective attention is placed on the teen years.
Which is a shame, because young adults are experiencing a HUGE shift in their sense of self, their actual bodies and their relationships and in a few short months, they’ll be on their own!
This is the part where we talk about what we can and should expect of our teens to help prepare them for being on their own. Informed by the most up to date evidence based information and real life college youths, we start to make a plan to get them ready!

If you are a partner or parent of someone with depression, you know that sometimes it feels like your real partner is the depression.
No matter what you do- it's not enough.
You know that your person is suffering the most and you don’t want to take that away, but you’re starting to feel depleted and discouraged..
Mutual Encouragement Society:
A single moms support group
Group sign up is ongoing:
Time Tuesdays 12pm- 1pm
Fill out the form here to get us going!
It's called "Mutual Encouragement Society" because of a convo I had with another single mom where we identified that one of the hardest pieces of being a single mom is just how alone you can feel in all of it.
You're not alone! We get it. We know what it's like to be the only parent in the room when your kid has puked literally five times on you and you think you might die of being puked on. We get it when the other parent never shows up but somehow has LOTS of opinions about how you let the kids dress themselves. We know what it's like to be really, really proud of your kid and think "who do I even tell about this?"
You can tell us. We want to know it all- when things are going well, when they aren't- all of it. We're here to support each other when things are hard and share wisdom and wins and just show up for you.
Life Out Loud
Bringing justice to everyday
Crap. What just happened? Did Portland just get invaded?
Are you feeling a level of heightened political anxiety? Trying to make sense of what our country is and what we can do about it?
Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired and a bit hopeless and really tired of feeling like that?
Here’s the first step- community. Coming together and exploring how we can make change in our lives and for those around us is the most crucial way to start showing up.
This group brings together folks like you who are interested in moving from political anxiety to social justice becoming a guiding point in their lives and their business.
As a group, we’ll learn about the current political issues and tackle ways to talk about these large concepts as they apply to everyday topics- like work, joy, friendship, and -ugh- boundaries. These conversations will support your growth towards becoming a more social justice oriented person and be a
space to learn, screw up and try again.
"It's part book club, part therapy and all around amazing community building" - former participant.

Cost $35- supported/$50- sustainable/$75- supportive cost per session
Readings and videos offered on off weeks
